This is a recipe from south of france .if you can not find sour cream.you can use yogurt.but you need strainer set over a bowl ,and left it drain in refrigerator overnight.

each round pizza涂抹上cream mixture,top with 1 spoonful 洋葱,a few 培根,
烤8 分钟,until warm through. arrange on a platter.
